The young star chef who is best known for delivering her Maximum Flavor culinary concepts around South Florida, launches her newest endeavor, Forte by Chef Adrianne. Forte will offer guests an exceptional Italian experience that pays homage to Calvo’s mother by bearing her maiden name.
The origins of the surname Forte can first be found in Ferrara, a city and commune in Emilia-Romagna in Northern Italy, where her mother’s Sicilian relatives migrated. Emilia-Romagna is also the birthplace of some of the ingredients commonly associated with Italian cuisine such as prosciutto, mortadella, partigiano, and balsamic vinegar, all of which will influence Forte’s menu.
